07.04.08 Marshmallow icecream in the news

The ice is a result of the Food & Design project of last October. A part of the project was the ‘Food For Future’ competition amongst students of a few schools in Helmond. During this competition students had to invent new Food & Design concepts based on excisting brands.
The winning team invented the icetender; based on the beertender. They also made some marshmallow icecream to go with the tender. This appeared to be a solid idea with potential, so Van Rijsingen Diepvries decided in conformance with the winners to have the ice produced by De IJsfabriek. Up.
